· SANCTUARY
Seating capacity on the main floor is 500 with additional seating to expand to 900 in the balcony area. A $60,000 state of the art sight and sound system provides quality visuals and volume that one would expect in a facility of this magnitude. Our multi-media projector provides words to songs on an overhead screen for all of our services and is used for presentations and special occasion services.
· GYMNASIUM
We have a regulation high school gymnasium with flooring that is multi-functional to accommodate activities from volley ball to banquets. Also included are gender specific locker rooms complete with showers. There is ample storage space for our multitude of tables and chairs used for various functions. Our gym provides a wonderful opportunity to minister to local residents and visitors of all ages.
· COMMERCIAL KITCHEN
All of the equipment necessary to feed a large group is available in the new kitchen complete with serving windows on two sides. Each item of equipment is commercial size and quality and includes: stove, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, icemaker, walk-in storage pantry, dishes, cookware, tableware and cooking utensils.
· CHAPEL
Our Chapel seats approximately 70. It is an exact duplicate of the main sanctuary - on a smaller scale. Our Youth and Spanish services presently average 45-55 in attendance. In addition to these services each week, the Chapel is available for small weddings and other similar gatherings.
· EVANGELISTS QUARTERS
Our visiting Evangelists and Missionaries have accommodations available at no cost for their use for them to rest, study and “meet with the Lord” in prayer to receive His message for His people. These quarters are located in the 'Tower' overlooking the wooded portion at the rear of The Church's property. The large living area with a computer work station is complimented by a comfortable separate bedroom with full bath.
· TAPE AND BOOK STORE
Tapes, CDs and DVDs of our services, as well as a variety of inspirational books, cards and gifts are available at The Church Bookstore. It is located immediately to the right at the front entrance and is open 30 minutes before and after each service. Our bookstore meets the needs of those who enjoy reading Christian materials, hearing the ministry and music of the Word of God or selecting a card and/or gift for that special person or event.
· MINISTERS' LIBRARY AND COMPUTER CENTER
This area is dedicated to enriching the growth of our ministers desiring to delve more deeply into the WORD. Pastor Sheppard's extensive personal collection of almost 2,500 books provides our Library with its initial offering.
· PASTOR SHEPPARD'S OFFICE
After 17 years, Pastor Sheppard finally has a designated Pastor's Office. Ample work space provides a much needed area for our Pastor to conduct the business of the Lord and His Church's business. For the Pastor's convenience, there is a restroom complete with shower, as well as a coat and storage closet.
· PARKING AND SECURITY LIGHTING
Our parking lot has more than adequate, overlapping security lighting surrounding the entire area. We have already out-grown our 145 parking spaces in the front and back of our new facility. In April of 2006, we joyfully paved our ball field, due to overflowing crowds, adding an additional 110 spaces.
· RESTROOMS
Restrooms are available on every level to accommodate members and guests at any location throughout the facility. Primary restrooms near the front entrance contain a "child-size" lavatory and toilet for toddlers and each restroom includes changing tables for infants. Our Nursery has its own restroom to accommodate mothers with small babies. The gymnasium, Chapel and second floor tower are also equipped with men's and ladies' restrooms.
· BAPTISTERY
Only God knows when someone will be ready to be baptized in the wonderful name of Jesus so our baptistery is filled at all times. The Church of Columbus is “on call” at any time for such an event. Our baptistery is located on the balcony level so that everyone can witness and share in this life-changing event with each of their brothers and sisters. Changing rooms are adjacent to this area for men and women, complete with water repellent robes, so baptismal candidates do not have to get their clothes wet. Towels, hair dryers, etc. are also provided for their use.
· FELLOWSHIP AND BANQUET ROOM
We have a designated area for formal banquets and church fellowship functions. Accordion wall dividers can be utilized as needed for Sunday School and/or meeting rooms.
